MYLE solution deployment is at the heart of MEDFAR's operations. The Project Manager's role is to prepare, plan and coordinate projects. They will manage deadlines, monitor progress and report on results. Their contribution to the deployment team will have a direct and significant impact on improving clinical processes. The Project Manager is a catalyst. They bring projects to life and coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the project, whether through its implementation or its outcome. They manage the impact of the project, both during its implementation and after its completion.
The Project Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new customers to the implementation of our care management solutions.
Main responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the various activities involved in an IT project;
- Depending on the size of the projects under their responsibility, plan and coordinate several projects simultaneously, according to the life cycle of each;
- Evaluates the customer's motivations, objectives and success criteria for the project;
- Establishes an execution plan and schedule for each upcoming project, and evaluates objectives;
- Responsible for project portfolio performance;
- Analyzes workshops and proposes improvements to clinical processes;
- Evaluate and advise on the technology area
- Organizes and leads technical meetings with stakeholders when interface adaptations are required;
- Manages the resources assigned to their team.
Contribute with your strengths:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, health sciences or other relevant field;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Advanced project management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service, rigour, and attention to detail;
- Ability to establish fruitful interpersonal relationships;
- Versatility and flexibility;
- Autonomy, ability to synthesize, analytical skills and sense of initiative;
- Knowledge of the health and social services sector is an asset;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
Working conditions
- As part of this role, travel to various locations is needed, including those with limited public transportation options. Therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a car is important.
- Travel by car might be required depending on the week;
- Flexible schedule and availability to travel to other regions or provinces.
