Experience: 2-3 years
Duties:
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in roofing, and cement finishing.
-Establish methods to meet work schedules.
-Coordinating schedules and activities considering deadlines.
-Resolve workplace issues and recommend measures to improve productivity.
-Order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
-Fulfilling company policy and considering safety standards.
-Training new employees.
-Fulfill human resource needs by providing suggestions for hiring and promotions.
-Make production and work progress reports.
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
