Job description
Reporting to the Provincial Sales Manager, the Territory Manager position (located in downtown Toronto) assumes a role in identifying, developing and maximizing sales initiatives at the LCBO and restaurant channels. As a front line contact for FWM, you assume a role in positive leadership and professionalism. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who are looking to grow within our Ontario sales team.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Meet and exceed the assigned volume, profitability and distribution targets within your assigned territory.
- Enhance brand equity by establishing strong relationships with key retailers and buyers.
- Have strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
- Quickly identify opportunities to grow sales within respected channels.
- Utilize excellent time management skills to maximize daily call cycle and general business.
- Maintain strong customer records and activity reports in accordance to company guidelines.
- Develop and conduct presentations to core customers.
- Manage allocated brand budgets to deliver volume objectives for accounts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices within the team environment.
- Have a passion for the beverage alcohol industry.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in downtown Toronto.
- A completed post secondary education.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- WSET Level 2 completion is an asset.
