Job description

Coordinate, oversee, and assess the functioning of wholesale and retail businesses or their departments.
Supervise personnel and delegate tasks.
Analyze market research and patterns to gauge customer interest, projected sales figures, and the impact of competitors' activities on sales.
Decide on products and services to offer and establish pricing and credit guidelines.
Engage in sourcing and bargaining with suppliers as needed to acquire goods for resale. Devise and execute marketing plans.
Prepare budgets, approve spending and track income.
Assess and enhance customer service and handle customer inquiries and problems. Manage staffing needs, encompassing recruitment, training, and staff retention efforts.
