Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategy for various internal streams of operations
Uphold brand standards, support, develop and execute print, digital/social, promotional, merchandising and event marketing plans
Generate original video content to be used onsite, on social media, and on websites.
Create and post graphic content for social, web and onsite, working closely with the Managing Director and Director of Operations.
Manage, update, and generate related content
Day-to-day management of various websites using backend content management tools to ensure site is up-to-date, user friendly, and optimized for search engines.
Assist with the creation and development of the social media platform strategy, managing the editorial calendar and overseeing day-to-day social media publishing
Manage media library and digital assets including images, videos, and internal/external distribution requests.
In conjunction with directors, develop and manage the marketing and digital media budget
Provide analytics reporting and end of campaign reports internally as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Ability to utilize web content management, social media management, video editing, and graphic design software
Ability to work independently in a team environments with a start-up company. Limitless development and setup of the marketing department.
Up to speed with current and online marketing channels and platforms
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Canva, Buffer, Mail Chimp
Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
Knowledge of the latest media trends.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
Strong strategic thinking skills required
Create brand guidelines
Excellent organizational skills
