Bilingual Transaction Processing Administrator

We are currently looking for (20) Bilingual Transaction Processing Administrators for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $29.19.
12month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hybrid work: 3 remote days 2 office days (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly reviews and processes incoming transactions.
Delivers excellent service to both internal and external clients through various communication channels such as emails phone calls or correspondence. Responds to inquiries by conducting thorough research and analysis identifying the most effective solution and accurately processing necessary operations.
Collaborates with teams in different offices to manage dynamic work volumes and meet service standards.
Maintains a positive attitude while actively seeking solutions to problems.
Contributes to enhancing service efficiency by proposing and implementing process improvements.
Effectively collaborates with other departments within Disbursement services.
What you will need to succeed:
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
College diploma or relevant work experience.
