Working in small groups, Our marketers take on challenging conversations, in extreme weather conditions and collecting leads from potential clients. Along the way, hard work will be rewarded with new roles, responsibilities and increased pay.
This position involves:
- Marketing at various locations across North Bay and the surrounding areas
- Outdoor work in all conditions
- Interacting with clients
- Equipment management
- Opportunities for promotion to leadership and management roles
- 6-25hrs/week
- Youthful culture

NB-SW Painting is a residential painting business that provides a high-quality service to homeowners in North Bay and its surrounding areas. We aim to teach painting techniques, customer service, leadership, and even management skills that will serve our team members well for the rest of their lives. Throughout our summers, we help students cover their schooling, rent, and other living expenses while they move toward their next stage of life.
