Role Description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual and team player to join the Partner Business Operations team focused on supporting our Partners.
You are a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast paced, cross-functional manner. You have the ability to establish cross functional business relationships. You have a proven track record on delivering results and getting things done. You are smart, have strong business acumen, with the ability to make a notable impact within your first 30 days at salesforce. You are able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders in the partner ecosystem with a keen focus on driving operational excellence in supporting our Reseller program.
Responsibilities: - Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to all stakeholders
- Provide triage for internal partner business issues and inquiries
- Analyze and update data as required to meet data quality standards
- Point of contact with Tier 1 team and processes they do for Business Operations team
- Assist in special projects as required
- Foster Best Practices with globally consistent and scalable knowledge sharing programs
- Documenting as-is and to-be business processes - Can develop process maps and identify process improvement recommendations
- Proactively drive process and policy improvement to support a fast growing channel
- Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and metrics for partner ops
Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years sales, sales support, i.e. deal desk, operations support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing team
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations
- Extreme attention to detail with a strategic eye
- Salesforce application experience a plus
- Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience
- Candidate must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations
- Ability to understand broader business and financial issues and juggle multiple projects and/or tasks
