Job description

Production VEX Focal:
• Prepare a monthly analysis of all VEX Data.
• Present monthly VEX analysis to all Toronto stakeholders and Central Teams, providing data insight as required.
• Propose and Drumbeat the levers for VEX reduction with the Operations Management team.
• Work with Finance and Central Teams during Budget and MTP creation.
• Identify areas for improvement/automation in the VEX Process.
• Participate in meetings with the VEX leaders from other sites.

Inventory Management
• Prepare reports and analyzes that affect inventories
• Manage production performance indicators and publish them internally and externally
• Develop and maintain reports and tools that affect inventories
• Initiate the review of obsolete stock
• Lead the production teams with regular reviews of Stock Coverage and Safety Buffers making the updates in SAP.
• Ensure alignment of the planning, procurement and logistics sectors
• Monitor procurement strategies (raw materials and subcontracting) with factory objectives
• Improve the functioning of inventory management and its logistics

Master Data:
• Participate in Master Data training and Support Master Data updates as part of the Master Data team.
• Support the Master Data audit process, focusing on inventory levers.

Improvement Projects:
Participate in improvement projects as required.
