Job description

With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and answer questions about properties for sale
• Respond to emails, calls, and enquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct townhouse showings and final walk throughs
• Conduct evening and weekend showings as required
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Attend networking events to generate leads
• Develop local community connections to promote the property
• Develop and Maintain lead list and data base
• Identify marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales and Marketing background
