Job description
With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and answer questions about properties for sale
- Respond to emails, calls, and enquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct townhouse showings and final walk throughs
- Conduct evening and weekend showings as required
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Attend networking events to generate leads
- Develop local community connections to promote the property
- Develop and Maintain lead list and data base
- Identify marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales and Marketing background
