Job description
We are seeking an experienced Livein Housekeeper for a private estate in East Devon. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the employers main house and two cottages.
The ideal candidate should possess adaptability as the property features both smart technology and antique fixtures. Responsibilities include cleaning preparing the house for visits and guests monitoring supplies assisting with cooking (Chef employed) managing laundry and clothes care. The candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic reliability flexibility and selfmotivation. Attention to detail and knowledge of how to deal with products fabrics and surfaces are essential. The successful candidate should have previous UHNW private family housekeeping experience attention to detail organizational skills and a full drivers license.
2 bed separate accommodation provided (all costs covered).
5 days per week Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) 45 hours per week
The employer is in residence about a third of the year mainly at weekends and school holidays. When the family are in residence the working day will be longer but when they are not in residence the hours will be shorter the Housekeeper can manage their time when they are not in residence.
Salary negotiable around 45k gross pa for the ideal candidate.
