Our team is driven by a desire to consistently exceed client expectations, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our fantastic team!

We are looking for 3 Regional Sales Managers from either Canada or the USA.

The role and responsibilities:

• Implements the strategy and operationalize sales plan.
• Uncover new markets and drive business development
• Achieves or exceed sales targets
• Develops and implements account plans
• Enhances dealers relationships
• Optimizes marketing
• Enhances sales & administration processes
• Contributes to our Tayco Team and advances the company Culture

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in furniture or systems industry
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Think critically - recognize key underlying business issues, problems, and opportunities critical to attaining business success in the short and long term.
• Achieve results - demonstrate a commitment to achieving individual, team and corporate results to exceed expectations and enhance shareholder value.
