Our client is looking for a productive Architectural Technologist to work within their growing team. You will be bringing to this role your interest, creativity, and curiosity in learning about original ideas and sophisticated designs within a collaborative working environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working collaboratively as a member of the design team, you will be responsible to:

- Participate in, and support client design meetings.
- Assist in design development and renderings.
- Compile a full set of architectural tender documents.
- Coordinate 3rd party consultants, contractors, engineers, civil officials, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

- Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technology program.
- 4+ years experience with a solid understanding of building systems and detailing
- Proficient with Autodesk Revit.
- Proven ability to run site meetings, perform on-site inspections and identify construction deficiencies.
