What You Do as a People & Culture Coordinator
- Recruitment:
- Overall management of ATS, Workable
- Meeting with the hiring manager to discuss their expectations for screening and interview process
- Schedule and complete phone screens and interviews as requested
- Onboarding:
- Create offer documentation and ensure it is fully executed prior to hire
- Coordinate all pre-hire activities to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate full onboarding schedule with internal stakeholders and new hires
- Employee Data Management, Systems & Administration:
- Responsible for accurate and up-to-date system information in various HR systems
- Make any necessary changes in systems to align with status, role and compensation changes
- Benefit Administration:
- Own the benefit enrollment, termination, review and coordination process
- Administer Life Navigator and field/answer all Wellness questions
- Payroll
- Support finance and the Manager, People & Culture in gathering timely and accurate information and making necessary changes and preparations for smooth and accurate bi-weekly payroll processing
- Policies and Communications Drafting:
- Draft policies and communications for review by Manager, People & Culture
- Review current policies for accuracy and suggest edits on a regular cadence
- Company Events and Culture:
- Support Manager, People & Culture in coordination of planning and hosting events, such as; Town Halls, holiday events, team meetings, social committee events, etc.
- Attending events and coordinating in person day of
- Gauging interest in event ideas/plans
- Support the administration of engagement and review cycles
- Administrative Tasks:
- Perform employment verifications
- Maintain corporate event and holiday calendar
- Work with finance to manage relationships, contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers ensuring accurate, timely payment terms
- Deliveries/Mail management
- Special projects and tasks as assigned
