Job description

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic full-time FOH Manager to immediately join our diverse and dynamic leadership team at our Flagship and the #1 Restaurant on TripAdvisor Hydra Estiatorio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in an upscale, casual fine dining restaurant and will be an industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an inspiring and positive manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests. A passion for Greek food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification an asset.

Job Duties:
• Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and
staffing levels
• Quickly and accurately identify critical information and make independent judgments in
accordance with company philosophies and business practices
• Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
• Respond to customer complaints promptly through service recovery and implement
change when necessary, to optimize consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional
restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance
standards
• Most Importantly -motivate our team in a friendly, positive and fun way!

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years’ of Restaurant/Hotel management experience
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and
Beverage Management and/or equivalent is an asset
• Wine education is an asset
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management
• Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships
and manage staff at all levels; exceptional interpersonal skills
• High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
• Must possess strong attention to detail; proven problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in
a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and retain information quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00/year plus gratuities, medical and dental coverage, along with many other perks.
