What You'll Do
As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping our dealership lot in tip-top shape, ensuring all vehicles are clean, organized, and ready to impress our customers.
- Assisting the sales and service teams with vehicle preparations, ensuring they are ready for test drives or service appointments.
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the showroom and service areas.
- Handling a variety of tasks that keep our dealership humming smoothly.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the vehicle inventory on the lot.
- Maintain accurate records of the inventory, including vehicle details.
- Plan and implement an effective lot layout to optimize space.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, damages, and overall condition.
- Ensure that vehicles are fueled or charged as needed.
- • Safeguard vehicle keys and ensure they are properly stored and accounted for.
- Relay information about inventory status, vehicle conditions, and any issues on the lot.
- Wash and clean vehicles when needed.
- Pick up and deliver cars and trucks.
What We're Looking For
To be our ideal Lot Attendant, you should:
- Have a class 5 Driver’s License
- Have a passion for cars and an eye for detail.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Be energetic, motivated, and ready to take on any challenge that comes your way.
- Take pride in a clean and organized workspace.
