Calling all BILINGUAL Customer Service Representatives and Banking professionals in Oakville and the surrounding areas!

We are seeking a Bilingual Statement Specialist with exceptional communication skills and the ability to excel in a high volume work environment. This role entails servicing all internal teams across Canada, corresponding with external partners, and preparing statements and required documentation.

Monday - Friday, Hybrid (3 days in office)
$44,887- $48,500

Responsibilities
-Prepare/review documents (statements) including search of title across Canada
-Applying Underwriting Guidelines, as applicable, to all files.
Complete all Requests for Insurance, as mandated and as required in individual lender Procedures
Respond to all communications with Lawyer, banks, internal departments
Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience
Complete daily Quality Control as per audit guidelines.
Responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Assist with reports, filing and data entry as required

Qualifications
-Customer service experience
-banking experience (asset)
-Excellent communication skills in English and French
-Full verbal and written proficiency in French
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high volume environment
-Ability to navigate multiple platform systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Quick learner
