- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on midrise commercial / institutional buildings.
- Proven experience with mass timber construction methods is required.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to mass timber construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
