Job description

We are looking for an Admin Coordinator - Evening shift (6 PM to 2:30 AM Monday to Friday) for our client in the logistics industry located in Lachine (Montreal). One of Canada's largest transportation companies.

The salary we offer you is $23 per hour.

6+ months contract but the position has the possibility of permanent tenure which will depend on your performance in the position.

Responsibilities
- The Admin Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Prioritizing and contributing to the resolution of reoccurring issues while delivering assigned objectives
- Identifying process improvements

Qualifications
- French and English, bilingual is a MUST
- Computer skills
- Proactive
- Priority management, autonomy and multitasking
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Having a car is preferred because the shift ends at 2:30 AM
