Aviva Canada is looking for Bilingual Call Centre Billing Representatives to support our contact centre and insurance branches, handling approximately 25-30 inbound calls per day.
Hours of Operation
Call Centre Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm
Shifts (7.5 hours per day) will fluctuate within these Call Centre hours
Candidates must be flexible and reliable to work rotating shifts, which include evening shifts to 8 pm
What you'll do
Provide "brilliant" customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and other staff from both the Contact Centre and Insurance Branches
40% of position will be answering billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner (approx. 25-30 per day)
60% of position will support the Sales Centres and Insurance Branches with accepting and processing payments and maintaining billing of client policies (note: no collections responsibilities in this position)
What you'll bring
1-2 years’ call centre experience
Billing/credit experience is an asset, but not required
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Problem solving skills
Strong/accurate Data Entry Skills and ability to talk and type while navigating screens
Proficient in Windows applications
Specifically MS Excel and MS Word
