This dynamic role will be instrumental in Providing CNOOC guests and staff with administrative support through redirecting calls, assisting in person guests, and managing landlord guest requirements.

Your Background

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum (2) year’s office experience.

Your Role with Our Team

• Answer all incoming calls for the company and redirect to appropriate departments or to individuals’ direct lines.
• Provide customer service and interact with employees, vendors, and guests.
• Manage CNOOC visitor badges sign in/out.
• Manage CNOOC temporary access card sign in/out.
• Send, receive, and redirect fax and email messages.
• Assist with the scheduling of select CNOOC and building conference rooms.
• Forward/redirect maintenance requests
• Follow up on maintenance request once completed.
• Oversee courier services including day to day deliveries and arrivals as well as invoice coding and submission.
• Oversee the delivery of internal mail services.
• Understanding all security concerns and protocols
• Assist with emergency situations (leaks, smoke, broken windows)
• Assist with projects when required.
• Backup the corporate records retention program and file mgmt. systems.
• Oversee the ordering, delivery, and stocking of the beverage program.
• Oversee the ordering, delivery, and stocking of stationery program.
• Oversee the office confidential shredding program.
