Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Bodywork Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of bodywork tasks on vehicles, including painting, denting, and polishing, to restore them to their original condition or enhance their appearance. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform body repair tasks such as dent removal, panel replacement,
and rust repair.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
3. Mix and match paint colors to ensure an accurate match with the
vehicle's original color.
4. Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing,
and rolling.
5. Perform polishing and buffing to achieve a smooth and glossy
finish.
6. Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met and make
any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
7. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain efficiency and
safety.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding
job progress and any issues encountered.
