Job description
Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking to hire an Operations Associate for an initial 4-month contract position with a strong chance of extension.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Undertaking many tasks within the project including reporting and administrative duties
- Processing life insurance transactions and quotas
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working within the financial industry
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience with withdrawals, loans, transfers, etc.
- Prior work experience using AWD, Enlighten and Mainframe systems (prefer SI, PS Class and Capsule Systems)
- Work history at Manulife or background at other insurance companies is an asset
