Acquafarina is one of the newer high-end restaurants in Vancouver's culinary scene. Our team is made up of fun professionals, who are hard-working, team orientated individuals. We are motivated & self driven to be the best.

We are going into our holiday season & we are only getting busier. We're looking for someone who has worked at least 1yr as an Expeditor in fine dining restaurants. Understands what that entails. The food we offer & service we give, is a part of the journey to our story. We want someone who is extremely organized, detailed orientated & can handle lots of moving parts at once. Takes ownership of their business. Someone who believes in communication, teamwork & is punctual. We love the energetic & positive attitude that our team has & we want someone who fits in & adds to it. No drama. We run a small team here that TIP POOLS, so accountability & reliability are necessary. Someone who brings their " A Game" every shift. They want to get better & encourage their fellow co-workers to do the same. They add to the team! Someone who understands true guest hospitality & what it entails. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
**We ask for OPEN AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING WEEKENDS & MONDAYS
- We are closed all day Sunday & Monday nights
- Minimum 3-4 shifts per week needed
- Days / nights
** MUST have FOH restaurant knowledge and experience in UPPER CASUAL restaurants
- Must own appropriate fine dining service wear:
- Must be an organized person who can multitask & take ownership of their business
- Black ironed dress pants that hit the top of your shoes (*no flood pants), black ironed, button-down dress shirts or blouses with a long sleeves and collar, polished closed toe dress shoes, black tie & black leather belt. Tasteful coloured socks are allowed.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time & be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must live Downtown or near Downtown Vancouver for easy access to work
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
