Your Role:
- Lead with Innovation: Inspire your Interior Design team to think creatively and push the boundaries of design excellence.

- Career Growth Advocate: Oversee the professional development of your team, identifying growth opportunities aligned with project needs and design aspirations.
- Mentorship Guru: Be a mentor in both creative and technical aspects of interior design, ensuring our work reflects the high standards of our studio.
- Precision Project Management: Ensure design projects are executed with creativity and precision, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Tech Integration Trailblazer: Facilitate the integration of cutting-edge design technologies and methodologies within the team, enhancing our design capabilities.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout projects.
What You Bring:
- A genuine love for interior design, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of innovative projects.
- 10+ years of experience in Interior Design, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role. Experience leading commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and a keen interest in staying at the forefront of design technologies.
- Familiarity with OBC and relevant building codes, ensuring compliance in all design projects.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
