Position: Bilingual Credit Representative (Accounts Receivable)
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Concord, Vaughan, ON
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Type: On-Site (hybrid after 6 months)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Representative who is fluent in English and with a working knowledge of French (Quebec or Parisian dialect).

Responsibilities
In this Credit Representative (Accounts Receivable) role in Concord, Vaughan (ON) you will have the following duties:

- Collection of receivables in assigned area or region
- Uses SAP to open and maintain customer data on assigned accounts and completion of certificates
- Running and analyzing reports on new and/or existing customers for credit review
- Maintaining adequate electronic and paper-based credit files for credit profiles
- Review and release of blocked sales documents as appropriate
- Represent the credit department and communicate regularly with customers and other internal departments within the company
- As necessary contact outside sources for credit reference information to qualify
customers for terms and/or credit limit increases
- Maintains customer credit histories
- Handling review of moderately complex credit risk customers
- Analyze customer pay history trends, sales data, industry data etc. to determine credit
risk of assigned customers
- Determines credit worthiness of customer accounts
- Establish credit limits for customers (Typical authority up to $25k credit line)
- Analyze and recommend credit limits to Credit Supervisor for customers above 25k credit
limit
- Assist with preparation of sales tax audits
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Qualifications
As an ideal candidate for the Credit Representative (Accounts Receivable) role in Concord, Vaughan (ON), you will meet the following requirements:

- Proficient in English and French (Quebec or Parisian dialect)
- At least 1-3 years experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable OR Commercial Credit
- Good working knowledge or experience with SAP preferred
- Dedicated individual with growth mindset
