Mespere is currently seeking an International Medical Device Sales Manager, with successful experience in selling medical devices to hospitals, GPO or hospital buying groups. Recent graduates from biomedical engineering and life sciences who have a strong interest in sales and business development are also encouraged to apply. The company offers competitive salary and performance based bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers accounts, distribution, and OEM partners
• Develop territory business plans and execute account strategies
• Develop and manage customer, distributor, and sales representative relationships
• Assist with the development of the sales campaign; creation of online promotion, email campaigns, and social media content
• Provide support and training to distributors
• Achieve quarterly sales objectives

Experience:

• Life sciences or biomedical background with excellent academic records
• Sales experience within medical devices sales
• Be a team player with proven leadership capabilities
• Has excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Is energetic with strong desire for professional growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated strong initiative and drive
• Ability to learn quickly and have a passion for new technology
