Our offices are located in the Old Port of Montreal, with some team members working remotely.

What You Will Do

You will identify and open multiple sales cycles, managing from prospecting through to the sale. You will work alongside an experienced team of specialists to identify client challenges, and then deliver cutting edge pragmatic recruitment solutions to employers across US and Canada. You will manage all aspects of the sales cycle, and create strong, lasting customer relationships.

What We Need

• Sales experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Capital Management
• Demonstrated success in overachieving quotas/targets
• Highly entrepreneurial and driven individual
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Natural drive to succeed
• Motivation to overcome any obstacle

This role is open for Quebec candidates as a work-from-home opportunity with limited travel to Montreal for team meetings.
