Job description
Braeburn Lake Summer Camp is a Yukon experience for kids 6 and up. It is a small, rustic camp located on Braeburn Lake (about an hour and a half north of Whitehorse). Our volunteer board includes representation from four Christian communities: Trinity Lutheran Church, Anglican Diocese of the Yukon, Catholic Diocese of Whitehorse, and Whitehorse United Church. This position would report to the President of the Board, and provide administrative and technical support as we modernise our organisation.
POSITION: One part-time staff person (approximately 1-3 days/week) to handle all facets of organizational Covid recovery, strategic planning, modernization of record-keeping, and other administrative items that the Braeburn Lake Christian Camp Association requires.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent computer skills, organizational skills, be an independent self-starter who is also good working with people. Must have or be willing to complete: child safe training and other Volunteer/Benevoles Yukon courses as required. Experience with Braeburn Camp is an asset.
