Job Description
Provide research technical support for the EORLA Division of Microbiology Medical/Scientific staff. The responsibilities of the technician will include helping develop molecular based amplification, sequencing, metagenomic and basic microbiology methods to support research projects. The technician will also be responsible for inventory and administrative management of research laboratories.
Basic Requirements (Education/Experience):
Minimum of BSc with experience in developing and validating NAAT, understand the basics of next generation sequencing and experience in Microbiology or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
MSc, experience with next generation sequencing, bioinformatics.
Contract Details:
This is a 1-year full-time contract.
Salary: Min: $21.916 – Max: $31.669
