Our client, a leading software provider is looking for a level 3 product developer who possesses the right tech skills and attitude to join the team. This is a permanent and hybrid position.

Responsibilities
Led a small team of 4 developers;
Develop software using Microsoft technologies as necessary.
Deliver timely fixes, enhancements, interfaces, and new systems to enhance the user experience of the software.

Collaborate on design and scope with Product Managers, Senior Developers, Product Analysts, and other experts.
Adhere to established team/infrastructure and corporate standards in all stages of product development.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, quality, and responsive delivery times in all tasks.
Conduct thorough unit testing and ensure seamless integration into the core system.
Effectively manage all source code changes using designated version control tools.
Accurately document all development updates within the company’s issue tracking systems.
Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in software development and support in a Windows environment.
Prior team leading experience.
Bachelor’s degree in programming, software engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent demonstrated development skills.
Proficient in developing database applications using MS SQL.
Proficient in two or more of the following: SQL Server, C#, .NET 4.6+, ASP.Net, MVC, JQuery, Javascript, HTML5.
Strong problem-solving, technical, and application/system troubleshooting skills under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to new technology.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, effective in both individual and team environments.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the quality of work.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding development projects.
Quick learner and comfortable dealing with ambiguity in face of new challenges.
