Position: Food Prep and Banh Mi Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh ingredients including meats, vegetables, and condiments for banh mi sandwiches.
Assemble and customize banh mi sandwiches according to customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation area.
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or sandwich shop environment.
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and familiarity with banh mi sandwiches is highly preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
