Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
GR Flooring, a premier provider in the flooring industry, located in Regina, is seeking motivated and skilled Flooring Trade Helpers and Labourers to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our flooring projects and is ideal for individuals passionate about developing their skills in the flooring trade.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of flooring materials.
Prepare work sites, ensuring they are clean and safe, and organize materials and tools as needed.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, and assist with their preparation and installation.
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and follow directions to ensure efficient project completion.
Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies at all times.
Perform other duties as required, supporting the team in various aspects of the flooring projects.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
Good physical condition and strength; capable of lifting heavy materials.
Basic understanding of construction and safety principles.
Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
