SST Trucking provides flat deck services in Western Canada and US since 2008. With its head office in Saskatoon and terminals in Brandon, Edmonton, and Calgary we are leading in providing exceptional services in trucking industry. Since 2023 we started our operations in Calgary and are looking for self motivated individual to join our Calgary team.

As an Office/ Logistics Coordinator your duties includes:

• Oversee and Coordinate office administrative procedures. • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. • Get US border clearance and provide necessary document to the truck operator’s to cross the borders. • Manage the fleet schedule and communicate with truck operator’s. • Follow Office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. • Enter orders in Trucking Software Axon. • Maintain and organize logistics operations and procedures. • Communicating with customers, sales, and the operations team • Support other teams with various administrative tasks. • Maintaining customer database by keeping pricing and contact information current. • Resolving customer issues quickly and accurately. • Perform other related duties as required. • Must have 2 or more years of experience. • Excellent salary and benefit package depending on experience.
