Job description


Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a flair for the food and beverage industry? We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic Crew and lead the charge at DISH Restaurant, nestled right here at The Atlas.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel's onsite restaurant and room service.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Occasionally working on the floor to support the crew and gain firsthand operational insights.
Assisting the Crew in managing customer complaints and conflicts.
Handling scheduling.
Maintaining and managing inventory of liquor and supplies.
Participating in the hiring and training of new Crew Members.
Oversee and contribute to developing and improving processes within the Pub and Restaurant as needed.

Qualifications:

We're seeking a candidate with prior experience in the food and beverage industry, holding a valid Serve It Right certificate. Since most shifts fall during the morning and day, we're looking for someone who enthusiastically embraces the early hours.
