Wages: 25.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Responsibilities: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Supervise other workers Establish and implement policies and procedures Train, direct and motivate staff Train other workers Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Answer electronic enquiries Oversee the preparation of reports Advise senior management Respond to employee questions and complaints Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants Oversee payroll administration Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Perform data entry Provide customer service Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff
