Position Opening: Early Childhood Assistant Program Instructor
An exceptionally talented, dynamic, and seasoned Instructor to join our Early Childhood Assistant Instructor Program team. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver dynamic learning experiences employing a variety of teaching methodologies to not only meet but exceed learning objectives aligned with our curriculum.
- Motivate students to embrace learning fully, ensuring the maximization of their potential through innovative engagement and educational strategies.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies to guarantee the acquisition and retention of knowledge and skills necessary for success in the field.
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations through various academic assessments to monitor progress effectively.
- Prepare and maintain essential academic documentation including grading sheets, attendance records, and assessment materials.
- Actively contribute to the creation, review, and enhancement of course syllabi, content, manuals, and guides in collaboration with the Academic Coordinator and Lead.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree, diploma, certificate, or professional designation in Early Childhood Assistant is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Assistance.
- Teaching experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused individual with a commitment to quality.
- Exceptional in planning, researching, and executing tasks with high precision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and adept listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations with a high degree of sensitivity.
- Current membership Registration in the Provincial ECA Association
- Part-time; Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM / 5:30 PM-9:30 PM/ 8:00-6:00 PM Weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
