Job description

BCIT’s School of Business and Media is seeking a temporary, part-time (0.27 FTE ) Faculty to teach in the marketing management diploma in the real estate option in a course related to creating and developing pitches and proposals
Duties & Responsibilities Applicants should have 8+ years of experience in developing real estate pitches and proposals as well as direct experience with real estate marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have a proven track record building and delivering proposals to a variety of real estate stakeholders. They will also have experience in coaching, teaching, or managing teams on projects related to marketing strategy development and execution
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS :

• Marketing credential required; BCIT business diploma an asset.
• A minimum of 8 years’ proven success working in related roles.
• Instructional experience at a polytechnic or similar applied institution is preferred; and/or experience with professional coaching or other adult learning environments.
• An established network of relevant professional contacts in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and beyond.
• Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collegial environment.

Salary Range Salary Range: $63,150 - $110,238 per annum
Additional Salary Information Salary prorated based on percentage and term of appointment. Salary based on education, experience and placement criteria as outlined in the Collective Agreement
