Join our team:

The Marketing & Revenue operations team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for delivering best-in-class brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, pricing, revenue forecasting, sales targeting, and business intelligence & analytics capabilities to the overall TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods business. We are the focal point for driving the business' organic growth strategy and work closely with cross functional partners across our sales, product, finance, technology, and engineering teams.

We are searching for a Director of Revenue Operations. In this role, you will build a newly-created team from the ground up responsible for driving revenue forecasting, sales targeting, and business intelligence & analytics. This role is a critically important, high visibility role that will support the coordination and delivery of our business growth and P&L objectives across the business.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

The successful candidate will lead team members responsible for overseeing sales forecasting, project delivery forecasting, revenue forecasting, sales targeting & incentives strategy, and the creation of a new end-to-end business intelligence function. As part of leading our new business intelligence function, you will build a new team responsible for creating a center of excellence responsible for managing customer datasets, product datasets, revenue and cost datasets, and automated reporting capabilities.

The successful candidate will utilize their masterful stakeholder management skills, team leadership and coaching skills, and analytical and technical skills to build this function and drive transformation. The successful candidate will work with a large number of cross functional stakeholders, with a particular focus on partnering with our finance, sales, and technology teams.

Reporting to the Vice President - Marketing & Revenue Operations, the candidate will lead managers and individual contributors, providing guidance, coaching and development to the team towards achieving their professional and personal objectives.
