Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Montreal and Greater Montreal area market
- Forge and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall satisfaction
- Exceed sales targets by proactively pursuing leads, closing deals, and expertly managing the sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency to engage effectively with teams in Ontario
- Demonstrated success in service sales
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, capable of both independent work and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities
