Job Title: Packager
Location: Aurora
Shift: 12Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packaging Operations: Safely and efficiently package finished bakery products including bread pastries cakes and cookies according to established guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packaged products for quality ensuring they meet the bakerys standards for freshness appearance and integrity.
- Labeling and Documentation: Accurately label packaged items with appropriate information including product names dates and any other required details. Maintain proper documentation of packaging activities.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the packaging area clean and organized following food safety and hygiene standards. Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members including production staff and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient packaging process.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring packaging supplies and notify management when additional materials are needed.
- Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging or a related field is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
