Job description

Distributor and leader in the field of paper products. This company located in Ville Saint-Laurent is looking for a Coordinator to join its team.

Among your tasks, you will be responsible for managing orders arriving by email. by fax or telephone (very few), follow up on orders across Canada and Ontario. Managing emails and calls, returning products, entering orders, directing customers and
preparation of quotes, support to representatives on the road and other administrative tasks.

The salary is between $48,000 -$50, 000 per year, Monday to Friday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 37.5/ hrs week and benefits plus pension plan.

Responsibilities
-Respond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries, while maintaining a pleasant and trusting environment to support the level of service excellence
- Support and support the internal team to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

- Take charge of pre-print client projects in order to elevate client relationship and satisfaction, optimize time management, find potential solutions and provide after-sales service

Qualifications
-Bilingualism: English and French, spoken and written
-Three years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
-Knowledge of Sage
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn
-Dynamic, team spirit
