Job description
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will join SAMAs Assessment Services Division (ASD) as an Administrative Assistant in this permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Executive Assistant of the Assessment Services Division, the incumbent will perform various administrative duties and data entry. Typical responsibilities will include:
Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and other mail correspondence.
Perform typing, filing, and scanning of business-specific documentation.
Provide customer support for enquiries regarding SAMAs online assessment portal and property profile requests.
Perform administrative support for various committees and projects.
Enter data into the Agency's computer system.
Act as primary liaison for visitors.
Receive and direct phone inquiries.
Perform other duties as required.
