The Early Childhood Development Division is responsible for the implementation of the Canada-New Brunswick Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Action Plan. In recognizing the importance of a child's early years, EECD is committed to enhancing quality, accessibility, and affordability to support families in our province.
The Early Childhood Development Division is seeking a hard-working and dynamic individual to join the Strategy and Project Management Office Branch as Change Management Specialist in Fredericton.
What you will do:
Reporting to the director of the Strategy and Project Management Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy for the Early Childhood Development division.
In this role, you will be required to work in close partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as departmental teams (EECD executive team, project managers, project teams, policy advisors, marketing and communication specialists), the early childhood sector, and school districts to ensure required changes are clearly identified, planned, communicated, adopted, evaluated, and celebrated.

Pay Band 6: $72,540 - $96,512 annually.
