Do you want to be part of an award winning nonprofit English language program located off the beaten path in stunning Mexico? Na’atik Language and Culture Institute, winner of Go Abroad’s 2023 Innovative TEFL / Teach Abroad Program, is looking for a Library Activities Coordinator to run our school’s small lending library and deliver fun educational workshops for our students. Working as part of an international team, the Library Activities Coordinator will support our English teachers in providing education and intercultural activities to local and Indigenous students who receive subsidized and sponsored tuition. Our town of Felipe Carrillo Puerto is a small but close knit community, where you will be able to see the impact of your hard work and dedication.  Candidates must possess a strong desire to provide enriching educational and intercultural experiences that not only help with language acquisition and literacy, but also provides the means for students to broaden their horizons.   If you meet the criteria below and feel you could be part of our incredible team, follow the application instructions or visit our website. Language School Library Activities Coordinator 2024-25 School Year Purpose of Role To take ownership of our small trilingual library, promoting literacy and the love of reading among our English, Spanish and Maya students. To deliver library based ESL classes to children and young adults. To develop and manage a schedule of extracurricular and intercultural activities in the library.
