Job description

Our Client has been insuring primarily motorcycles for over 20 years. They are growing and expanding, and looking for people like you to work with them in that journey.

We’d love to get your resume if you fit this description:

• RIBO licenced for 2 years or more
• Working knowledge of insurance company portals
• Ideally, you have experience on Applied Epic (but other Broker Management System experience is great too)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• very comfortable with MS Windows programs such as Word and Excel
• fast and accurate worker, multitask with ease
• thrive under pressure, can handle high call and work volume when the weather turns nice and motorcycle riders come out of hibernation
• you love to help people, find solutions to customer needs, provide explanations to and advise customers, and you really feel good when you’ve strengthened that bond with the client. You truly enjoy dealing with people.
• You love motorcycles. But hey, doesn’t everyone?
