Director of Care (Floater)

We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Care (DOC) to join our team in the dynamic Floater role. As a Floater DOC, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and managing the designated homes, ensuring the delivery of exemplary care to our residents.

The Director Of Care provides leadership to the resident care team in all aspects of resident care within established legislative standards and professional standards. 

 

The Director of Care also effectively manages human, material and financial resources. In collaboration with the resident care team the Director of Care develops resident focused programs, policies and procedures as well as monitors the quality of care and services delivered to clients through effective quality improvement activities.
