Position: Accounts Payable Representative
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $60,000 (based on experience)

Our client with over 45 years of continuous commercial development and design experience is looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to join their expanding team. A great opportunity for you to continue growing within the accounts payable cycle, discussing objectives with project managers and most importantly showcase your accounting skills in a great work environment.

Main Requirements:

- At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong vendor relationship management skills
- Strong French speaking and writing skills

Main Responsibilities:

- Conducting a full cycle of accounts payable for designated projects
- Verifying invoices and matching them with purchase orders
- Processing payments through scheduled check runs
- Reconciling vendor statements against specific projects
- Resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Project Coordinators and Managers
- Collaborating during project closure
