Responsibilities
As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative your responsiblities will include:
- Enter incoming orders and ship dates into JDE software
- Check orders for accuracy, price history and tax before going to invoicing
- File orders after they have been invoiced
- Create P.O’s for work install, office & shop supplies
- When required be the person of contact for Customer Service/Inventory/Outbound Freight
- Maintain sales open order report
- Follow up with sales reps and suppliers when needed
Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual French (speaking, written, reading)
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with purchase order generation and/or order entry is an asset
- Experience with MS Office and strong data entry skills, previous JDE software experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
