Job description
Food service supervisor Newlands Golf and Country Club. Location 21025 48 Avenue Langley, BC V3A 3M3. Salary 18.50 to 19.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week. Full time, Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Health benefits, Long term benefits. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Hire food service staff. Ensure food service and quality control. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
